Timeline

  • 2000: Broadband Holdings LLC founded (Content)
  • 2004: Digital Home Lifestyles founded (Design, Installation and IoT)
  • 2010: Vicidiem founded (Data)
  • 2014: NetPro (Mereo) Networks founded (Data)
  • 2021: A bulk connectivity platform launched under the Mereo Networks brand through the acquisition of Broadband Holdings, Digital Home Lifestyles, Vicidiem, and NetPro Networks. The combinations make us one of the largest bulk single-source providers in the US.
  • 2023: Mereo received a significant growth investment from Macquarie Capital, WaveDivision Capital, and Freedom 3 Capital. This investment allows us to continue to scale our bulk connectivity business in our target markets.
  • 2025: Mereo Networks has acquired Dish Fiber and renamed to Mereo Fiber.
  • 2026: Mereo acquired Data Stream & Xcelerate Networks.
